Terms and Conditions

·  All accommodation offered is available at the time of payment, and at the quoted tariffs.

·  Accounts must be paid in full on arrival. Cheque payment on arrival cannot be accepted.

·  Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for the meals not taken.

·  Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

·  The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietor or an authorised signatory.

·  In the event of curtailment, and should the accommodation not be re-let, and less than 1 weeks notice is given, the person whose name appears on the registration document will be liable to pay for the total cost of booking, less an allowance for food and service. This equals 70% of the total booking cost.

·  Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of curtailment of the contract.

·  If payment has been made using a credit or debit authorised account number, then the payment due owing to curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

·  Any damage caused, or compensation required to be given to other guests, must be paid for in full prior to departure.

·  The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate the contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

·  By booking this holiday you have agreed to our terms and conditions and have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above.
